Trusted Care Providers is an international Nanny company based in the United Kingdom and Barbados. We specialize in providing nannies, babysitters, and care givers. Our services are tailored to both local and visiting clients. Our goal is to give families peace of mind knowing those that their loved ones are being cared for by competent individuals whose backgrounds and qualifications are thoroughly validated. We can provide care from four hours to 24 hours on both a full- and part-time basis.

Our team is knowledgeable, caring, and flexible. Trusted Care Providers is led by Ms. Kimberley Sandiford, whose professional background includes child development, educational psychology, and entrepreneurship. She is supported by Operations Manager Anthony Jennings, who has more than 25 years in leadership experience at Fortune 500 companies.

We are here to help you to provide the best possible care for your family members by understanding that their quality of life is directly related to the type of care they receive.

In spite of your best intentions, caring for an aging loved one will change the family dynamics, and this can be stressful. Family members often feel the need to help with everyday tasks that now seem challenging. Eventually, many family members find themselves assisting in ways they never expected such as with hygiene and grooming. In other instances, the effects of a physical illness or mental deterioration can leave family members feeling helpless.

Our Care Givers

Safety, competence, and security are paramount to our clients. You can take comfort in knowing that the character and temperament of each employee is carefully examined through a series of interviews and background investigations. We will not employ anyone with a history of misconduct, criminal activity, or breach of trust in any form.

Prior to placement, a client relations consultant will complete an assessment to establish the exact needs and requirements of the customer. The care provider is required to provide the host family with a resume reflecting his or her skills and experience, a police certificate of character, and a health certificate.

After you have selected your preferred service, our office will conduct periodic reviews to ensure you are satisfied with the placement of the care provider. While in your service, the care provider remains an employee of Trusted Care Providers, Inc.
