All of our nannies are employed directly by us. We do not use third-party contractors. We take pride in our ability to provide our own care providers rather than outsourcing like most agencies.

Our nannies are required to undergo rigorous background checks whether they are for a long term, part time or temporary positions.

Nannies who work under Trusted Care Providers:
1.    Are screened, interviewed and their reference are checked by TCP
2.    Have successfully passed the International Nanny Association Basic Skills Assessment.
3.    Are certified in child care plus we offer them with additional training
4.    Have a minimum experience of five years, which is compulsory
5.    Are first aid and CPR trained
6.    Are proficient swimmers
