Trusted Care Providers work with Caribbean Telehealthcare Services (CTS) to provide a personal /medical emergency alarm service to those who want to keep “Safe ‘n’ Well” by having the ability to summon help quickly at the press of a button.

Should you have a health crisis or other emergency, just press your pendant or phone’s SOS button. There are no numbers to remember. One press puts you in touch with the CTS 24-hour, year-round monitoring centre where a trained tesponder (Emergency Medical Technician, paramedic etc.) who knows how to deal with an emergency and manage crisis. He or she will speak directly with you and get you the help you need. If an ambulance is not available, Trusted Care Providers will provide a paid ambulance service twice a year.

CTS also provide a FREE friendly telephone service to our vulnerable clients – we telephone the client for a friendly chat and to make sure they are “Safe ‘n’ Well”.

Choosing to Be Protected

In concert with CTS, Trusted Care Providers will provide, free of charge, up to two private ambulance uses as needed a year. In addition, Trusted Care Providers will provide the health and wellness monitoring of its certified caregivers once per week while contracted for this service.
